Tailored Assistance
Our License Registered Nurses (RNs) will play a major role in the care you or your loved one receives. Every Member will receive a Health Assessment by one of our RNs during Move-In Week, and then every 30 days until the Member no longer resides with us, and/or as needed for change in medical conditions. The RN, Member, their family, and medical providers will work and collaborate together to create an individualized Plan of Care.
Ancillary Services
Our care approach includes collaboration with carefully chosen external service providers, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and trust. While the cost of these additional services is covered by the Member or their guarantor, our role is to ensure smooth coordination and continuous care.

Bonnie's House, managed by dedicated Nurses & Military Veterans, offers a unique 5-bed Assisted Living Experience. Our 24/7 care includes private caregivers and on-call nurses, ensuring safety and well-being. We provide comfortable lodging, nutritious meals, laundry, and nursing support. Beyond essentials, we offer transport, shopping assistance, and engaging activities. Our community is not just a residence; it’s where care meets comfort, creating a nurturing environment that feels like family.
